Please view the positions and follow directions for submitting your resume: OSD HR Manager- Your main focus will be on -10% performance mgmt -15% management excellence -Leadership development -Project work -Annual review for HR team -Saves peers time by helping with projects -This is an Individual Contributing Role -Must have atleast 7 yrs experience -Team size he/she will support: 300-500 HR Manager- Salary: $95-125K, 6 openings -Must have atleast 7 years of experience -15-30% focus on Operations -25-30% focus on HR rythm cycle, and regular -Annual activity like reviews, surveys Talent Sourcer- Salary: $85-$110 -70% sourcing for staff support -Must have atleast 5 -7 years of experience Senior HR Manager- Salary: $120-$150 -Manages team of 500-800 peers -Individual contributing role -Main focus is on Project Execution -Must have atleast 10 yrs of experience SC Consultant- Salary: $85-$110 -Senior level position; -Senior staff consultant of mobile department -Full ownership of client team -75% supporting clients (employers) -5-10 years experience -2 year growth track into Manager position Staffing Manager- -50% focus on team management -30-40% focus on engaging with leaders -10% focus on projects I bet your wondering what the work enviroment is like at Microsoft!
