Posted By: Alise P. on September 22, 2005 Im singing the words to Jill Scott's song "whatever" Thinking about how well my love life is going. How much I'm appreciated, how much Im thought about, How much I'm loved by this MAN! Leaves me with a big Kool aid smile even when he's mad at me. So Im siting here thinking as a prepare to tell him to book my flight for next week. You know the last minute jitters and the "WHAT IF's" that comes with trying to make a major decision in your life. Moving to NC.. big step... gettin engaged..bigger step..... gettin married.. even bigger step. Its a lot to think about but if I dont see for myself I'll never know and be faced with WHAT IF'S again. So as of this moment I am lookign for jobs in Charlotte. Even though I know I dont have to work .. because he's financially stable.. VERY VERY much so. It's hard to break outta what you have done for years. Plus I have to have a backup plan in case something goes wrong.I know my parents are goin to have something to say but they cant's really stop me. All this talk about gettin back in school, working, MOVING OUT.. I have an opportunity to do that now. Anyway though I'm just happy. SO I'll be on the next flight to Charlotte. ASAP.
