Learn about business careers at College of Lake County summer information sessions

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on June 10, 2011 Information sessions on how to prepare for five business careers will be offered by the College of Lake County this summer. CLC faculty will present information on educational requirements (associate degrees and certificates), salaries and projected demand for occupations in accounting, administrative office systems, business administration/management, computer information technology, hospitality and culinary management and paralegal studies. The following academic programs will hold information sessions at the CLC Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St., unless otherwise noted. * Administrative Office Systems: Wednesday, July 13 from 1-2 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. in room T217; Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 6-7 p.m. in room T217. * Business Administration/Management: Monday, Aug. 15 from 1-2 p.m. in room T130. * Computer Information Technology: Tuesday, July 19 from 7-8 p.m. in room T232; Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 7-8 p.m. in room T232. * Hospitality and Culinary Management: Thursday, July 14 from 5:30-7 p.m. at Lake County High Schools Technology Campus, room HST 111. Paralegal Studies: Monday, July 11 from 7-8 p.m. in room T131; Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 7-8 p.m. in room T220.
