Blake Jenkines of Clarksville, Ga., has committed to Hampton University, according to her club coach, Demond Hairston of Tennessee Glory Black. The 5-foot-10 wing, who is a senior at Kentwood (Clarksville, Tenn.), committed after taking an unofficial visit with her mother during the Labor Day weekend.

"Blake felt like Hampton offered a great similarity to the school environment that she was used to," Hairston said in an email message.



"Hampton is in good proximity to her father so he could see her play as well."
