Posted By: How May I Help You NC on September 19, 2011 The Global Strategy group is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Director of Strategy and Business Development to be a part of a team that supports the CEO and Executive Committee on the most pressing strategic issues facing the company. Members of our Global Strategy group either have backgrounds with top strategy consulting firms or investment banks, or they are long standing veterans of the company with significant operating experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills in strategic analysis, lead a variety of complex strategic and business development initiatives and have exposure to senior management. In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive global initiatives across The McGraw-Hill Companies. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategy. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking to transition from a career in management consulting into a corporate global strategy development role. Key responsibilities include:
