Works with multiple divisions/services through an integrated facility to improve outcomes and efficiencies. Performs the administrative components of patient care management such as dictation of both inpatients and outpatients. Participates in quality improvement activities. Provides clinical coverage as needed for eye care team. Establishes and promotes an atmosphere of unity through collaborative practice and effective communicating between all staff disciplines. Fosters a high level of patient and staff satisfaction. **Significant anterior segment experience is preferable. Along with educational supervisory experience including surgery. Due to the aging patient population in the area, there is a high volume of cataract and glaucoma surgeries performed at our facility.**
