Not only do we desire increased income to help address and resolve our financial concerns, but we more so wish for positive change in our habits, our outlook, our relationships . . . all in all an improvement in the overall quality of our lives. We sometimes get discouraged or lose momentum when we make large objectives that we cannot sustain over a long term. Sometimes it's better and more motivating to work toward small changes that over time result in more substantial and significant results.
