Join our retail team today with hourly or management opportunities that include: Retail Management Job Opportunities Regional Manager - A seasoned leader, coach and mentor with 10+ years retail management experience. Someone with demonstrated success leading strategic and operational initiatives that drive sales profitability, improve sales ROI, drive field enthusiasm around new programs and optimize sales efficiencies across their districts. This is achieved through establishing creative yet focused direction setting and coaching and developmental activities of their teams. Responsibility also resides in building top talent sales succession strategies and influencing home office decisions. District Manager - A capable, self-directed leader, the District Manager is someone who ensures consistent execution of the customer service and operational execution in all district stores. An Express DM is responsible for brand and relationship building, recruiting and developing a talented and diverse workforce that will drive profitable top-line sales growth. The District Manager is the linchpin to execution in the stores and market growth within the district. Store Manager - An outgoing and engaging leader who is creative, dynamic and possesses an independent spirit for people and fashion. This leader embodies the day-to-day principles and values of the Express brand. They coach and develop store Associates to consistently provide a positive customer experience by offering products, information and a shopping experience that will build brand loyalty. Express Store Managers manage the operational execution of the stores through positive service experiences that will drive profitable top-line sales growth. Enjoy the best of both worlds: operate like an independent store owner with the support of the sixth largest specialty retailer of women's and men's apparel in the U.S. Co-Managers - This professional will assist the Store Manager in managing the operational execution of the store to ensure positive customer experiences and to drive profitable top-line sales growth. We're looking for someone to take ownership of a unique Division of Responsibility in areas such as driving the store's visual execution; attracting, hiring, training and developing all levels of associates; or managing the backroom process and reducing shrink. Hourly Associate Positions Sales Leader - The Sales Leader is a non-management, non-supervisory position that ensures customers have consistent, quality experience in our stores. The Sales Leader plays a key role in coaching and motivating Associates, helping with goal awareness, and maintaining a selling focus in the store. Stylist - Are you a fan of fashion? Our Stylists have the ability to wardrobe and style our customers in addition to ensuring each customer has a terrific in-store experience. Stylists have an elevated selling approach, product knowledge and styling capabilities. Stock Expert - The Stock Expert leads merchandise flow processes to ensure products are floor-ready and available for our customer to purchase, as well as assisting customers as needed to support a positive shopping experience. Sales Associate - At Express, we hire talented, passionate and fashion-eager individuals with interests as diverse as their personalities. This person will provide a positive customer experience by offering assistance when needed, ensure product is on the floor and sized appropriately, and ensure all customers have a quick and efficient cash wrap experience. This position performs additional tasks, including stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise, to support strong store operational execution.
