Contract Sales Recruiter for Central and Latin America (CALA)

Based in our Medley, FL office, as a Contract Sales Recruiter for the Latin America Wire and Cable Division you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for our Wire and Cable Sales Team in CALA.

You will the lead the recruitment initiative in CALA with an emphasis on finding inside sales and outside sales people experienced selling industrial wire and cable. This is a hands-on recruiting role. This will include identifying sources, networking, cold calling candidates, conducting phone screens, conducting assessment and analysis, offer negotiations, presentation of candidates to management, and placement of candidates.

You will develop a strong understanding of the Company’s business, compelling factors and values in order to successfully place candidates.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct recruiting support including, identifying potential sources, targeting candidates, cold calling candidates, developing a candidate pipeline and network, intake sessions with hiring managers to determine needs and requirements of the positions, set hiring manager’s expectations, and provide feedback on the process.

Source candidates through a variety of mediums including the internet, social media, referrals and industry networking.

Assess and interview candidates, from basic screening of resumes to in person and telephone interview, assessments, etc.

Oversee the offer and on boarding process.

Assist with on-boarding new employees.

Requirements:

Sales recruiting experience in Latin America

Bi-lingual – English, Spanish,

Understanding of a Sales environment

Exceptional written and verbal skills

Ability to work in a fast pace environment and adapt to changing business priorities

Knowledge of, and experience, with recruiting practices, HR, candidate process management, behavioral interviewing skills, and other assessment techniques

Experience with direct sourcing of candidates in Latin America
