Posted By: How May I Help You NC on November 28, 2011 The Director of Diversity will create and lead a multi-dimensional diversity strategy, engaging senior leaders and key employees throughout the process. The manager: - works to enhance the diversity of the workforce and advocates actions that help achieve advantages of a diverse workforce - facilitates implementation of appropriate diversity change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities - supports establishing the human capital of the organization – a critical component in accomplishing business goals - consults with management to identify ER needs and solutions - works with departments by formulating, generalizing and analyzing reports - assists with the initiatives and implements projects and provides support to create diversity recruitment and retention strategies At the center of TriHealth, a major health care organization located in Cincinnati, Ohio, are its two top-rated hospitals, Good Samaritan and Bethesda North.
