Kellogg Company has an exciting role as a Senior Analyst, Sales Planning in Horsham, PA. This position will assist the Account Sales Team to meet and exceed goals and objectives through improved CRM planning, forecasting, promotional understanding, and business visibility. The Senior Analyst, Sales Planning works directly with the Senior Manager Sales Planning in development of the following: - Annual planning process to include the development of promotional trade calendar/strategy which adheres to national brand strategies - Financial analysis and determining appropriate investment levels - Assists in monthly forecasting calls for Region Account Team which includes key financial metrics (Gross Sales Volume, Trade Spend, Net Sales Volume) - Provides direction on opportunities to improve region Profit & Loss key metrics based on analysis of promotion, spending and volume - Utilizing key Sales Planning tools, develop pre/post promotional analysis methodologies to improve promotional efficiencies and effectiveness - Leveraging CRM, SAP, BW and Nielsen business performance indicators The Senior Analyst, Sales Planning works directly with specified Account Handlers to ensure data integrity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to include: - Validate and correct current GSV forecasts - Weekly updates of actual promotional sales for promotions that have finished - Monitors base volume forecasts for innovation and existing item distributions - Ensuring CRM reflects accurate information for use as input into period financial closes ,IBP calls, and demand planning calls - Acts as the team expert on CRM and train team members on use of the system For more than 100 years, consumers have counted on Kellogg for great-tasting, high-quality and nutritious foods.
