The mind of a fella

When you see a girl that you know you want to get to know, why do most fellas just stare and never go up to the girl? Starring at the girl for a long time period gets her agitated, well me. I can't stand when a dude looks at me, gives a hint of interest, but dont really spit no game. Whats so hard about going up to a girl and asking her for her name, instead of starring? i appreciate yall for hittin my responce, ya know? but um thats a point, all females are not snobby. Now me? nope u will never find me snappin' and actin just plain ghetto. thats not professional. and it bothers me to see that. They males a hard time and kind of make them scared of asking. so i know what the deal is now.
