Posted By: How May I Help You NC on February 01, 2012 The Registrar’s Office seeks a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented person who is able to grasp and assimilate new information quickly, to serve in the capacity of front office person. The successful candidate should possess the ability to multitask, have a high level of attention to detail, and to follow and/or establish office processes. Domains: • Process and track transcripts, domestic and international enrollment certifications, diplomas and other academically related documents and associated fees, while adhering to FERPA regulations. • Provide reports to faculty, staff and students from the institution’s Student Information System. • Provide accurate data entry, data processing and data maintenance using Student Information System. • Provide clerical and administrative support to all members of the Registrar’s office. Direct incoming calls, handle correspondence, order/maintain office supplies, distribute office mail, photocopy and filing. • Communicate with staff, students and faculty regarding a variety of academic matters, including registration issues, class attendance, and graduation. • Enable and monitor student access of performance evaluations. • Schedule student appointments at various times of academic year. • Work in collaboration with multiple institutional offices, supporting a large constituency of faculty and students. • Store and retrieve archival materials.
