Implementation of the Heroes program in a geographical territory, using high level skills and experience to coordinate Heroes event activities and constantly creating opportunities to move the Heroes program to a higher level. Works with regional staff and NEO Heroes Team on all Heroes initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, participant support and budgeting. Responsible for the oversight of an average of five to eight key markets, raising the annual Heroes budget while being held responsible for maintaining budgeted cost ratios for each market. Responsible for all aspects of these high level events including event management, volunteer recruitment and sustained cultivation of sponsors. Works under the general direction of the Manager of Charity Athletes Program, the Senior Director of National Program Marketing and the Executive Director of Program Management. Works in concert with regional directors to provide guidance and leadership to regional staff. Click this link to view and apply for this job!
