Posted By: How May I Help You NC on February 23, 2012 University Housing & Dining Services Resident Director This team members' key responsibility is to provide an atmosphere where students develop to their highest potential. Management of 1 community between 400-650 students. Select, train, evaluate, and supervise 4-17 RA's, 1 secretary, 1-2 graduate assistants, and desk staff. Other duties include chairing departmental committees, student development, assignments, adjudication, advising, crisis intervention, and summer conferences. Requirements: Master’s Degree, live-in housing experience. Starts July 1, 2012. Remuneration: $32,000 annually (12 months), meal plan, apartment, 6 hour tuition waiver per semester, state benefits, and professional development funds.
