Database Professional

• Master's degree in computer science or business management preferred
  
• 5 years experience in database design, data architecture and data strategy preferred
  
• 5 years Windows OS command language and scripting
  
• 3 years Windows PowerShell scripting
  
• 5 years Unix or Linux OS command language and scripting
  
• 3 years in database administration on one or more of the following database platforms: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Sybase SQLAnywhere or Essbase
  
• 5 years Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services

• College degree and 2 years of related work experience, or Associate degree and 4 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 6 years related work experience required.
  
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  
• 3 years experience in data architecture related work
  
• Knowledge of relational database technology, data warehouse dimensional modeling, content modeling, advanced modeling and design tools, and data integration technology and tools.
  
• Ability to express technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
  
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
