New Internship Opportunity: Payroll Processing Reengineering Summer Intern

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on March 20, 2012 As a Process Reengineering Consultant, you will be placed into a busy and challenging corporate HR Shared Services environment with assignments that have visibility and importance to ADP management. You will be expected to quickly adjust to that environment and become a productive contributing ADP associate. Job Description: The Process Reengineering Consultant will observe and map process and data flows in the payroll production organization, benchmark against best practices, and identify improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Collect and analyze data through job shadowing and personal interviews • Benchmark industry best practices, using ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services as a model • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities • Develop presentation for HR Shared Services management Qualifications: • Minimum of two years completed within a four-year degree program • Preferred areas of concentration include Human Resources or Information Technology. Other disciplines will be considered • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including EXCEL and PowerPoint • Demonstrated success in the following areas: -Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential -Time Management -Process/Project Management -Collaboration ABOUT ADP: Automatic Data Processing, Inc.
