A Greenpeace Fellowship may be perfect for you! Our fellowships are short-term positions, designed to give talented individuals the opportunity to develop skills on the job and get to know Greenpeace. The Diversity & Recruitment Fellowship: Greenpeace is truly only as strong as our people, and the Diversity & Recruitment Fellow will be intimately involved with the process of building a strong, diverse, collaborative team at Greenpeace. If you are passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, put your values into action with this fellowship. The Diversity & Recruitment Fellow supports all managers through the hiring of permanent staff and fellows and coordinates the recruitment and support of Greenpeace interns. Through building and supporting the intern program, you can bring Greenpeace new ideas and energy, and help talented individuals build connections in the environmental movement and launch their careers. Responsibilities Include:
Are you passionate about diversity? Do you have lots of ideas and the energy to make them happen? Are you self-motivated and comfortable working (and thinking) independently? Can you effectively communicate with people from various cultural and language backgrounds? Are you organized and able to maintain data systems? If so, we¡¯d love to have you on our team! Past experience with databases, recruitment, environmentalism, and/or training are beneficial, but not required. No degree requirement. We¡¯re looking for someone who wants to help us make the world a better place, even if environmentalism is not your top issue.
