Summary/Responsibilities of this position: Temporary recruiting assignment sourcing store operation leadership for 6 – 9 months based out of Houston, TX. This position with be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and evaluates management candidates; coordinates hiring decisions and offers; Acts as an integral business partner understanding the needs of the business and the culture of H-E-B. Builds networks within the grocery/retail/food service industries in multiple metropolitan areas to source talented candidates. Responsibilities: -Recruit external candidates for exempt positions. -Source candidates through cold calls, direct recruiting referrals and networking on a local, state and national level. -Coordinate itineraries and travel arrangements for candidates. To include touring and store visits. -Review and discuss the performance of candidates with interviewers and Hiring Managers. -Coordinate the compensation package and offer letter. -Maintain applicant records, no-interest letters, and field incoming recruitment calls. -Provide weekly, period and quarterly staffing reports for area of responsibility to HR Leader -Respond and interact with store and division teams; receive/send/respond to email Click this link to view and apply for this job!
