Posted By: How May I Help You NC on March 20, 2012 Purpose of the Job: Leads/assists in the design and implementation of KFC organization development tools and processes including organization transformation, organization structure, culture development, organization effectiveness and the design of people capability tools and processes. Job Functions: Organization Effectiveness & Culture • Assists in the organization design and restructure activities on a large scale (e.g., enterprise wide) and smaller scale (e.g., functional department/team) through the process of aligning strategy, structure and culture. Build the capability of others including line managers and HR partners in these areas. • Build organizational change capability and drive the application of a transformation approach to organizational change. • Identify, develop and execute employee engagement and culture enhancement activities, tools and processes which reinforce YUM’s HWWT2 Principles and ABR thinking and action tools in partnership with the Talent Management team/HR Generalist. • Provide team effectiveness coaching and skill development leadership. • Design and execute organization assessment, culture and effectiveness surveys. High Potential & Executive Development • Develop, implement and maintain high potential identification and assessment tools and processes. • Identify opportunities and experiences for the development of high potential and executive populations. People Capability Tools and Process Design • Develop, validate, implement and maintain assessment and selection tools and processes at all levels from restaurant team member to executive. • Assist in the designing of tools and processes to support Yum’s Building People Capability cycle including performance management, 360 feedback, individual development planning and ongoing coaching. • Develop, implement and maintain talent management and succession planning tools and processes Click this link to view and apply for this job!
