Posted By: How May I Help You NC on March 20, 2012 Responsibilities: • Develop leads and successfully secure gifts from individuals $1,000 to $10,000 and work with Vice President of External Affairs on major gifts ($10,000 to $100,000) • Provide prospect research, talking points, and proposals for major gift meetings and moves management tracking of major gift prospects • Coordinate Board of Trustees Development Committee’s meetings and activities – prepare materials for meetings, ensure attendance, take minutes, and oversee follow up • Supervise Manager of Special Events and manage a team that organizes and implements more than 20 cultivation events each year, including annual Concert Gala • Oversee and coordinate special events’ budgets, invitation lists and printed materials, vendors, cultivation strategies, briefings, staffing of senior leadership, and follow up with prospects • Work with the Director of Alumni Affairs & Development Operations to identify top alumni prospects and to help coordinate annual fund initiatives and giving socieities • Help oversee gift accounting, database management, and donor stewardship Click this link to view and apply for this job!
