Politicians, media, reality stars, friends and family all want you to hear them. This is why it is essential to immerse yourself in spiritual practices, and/or self-help books, lectures, and tapes for support. I have recently joined a new meditation group, and I can’t wait to get there on Thursday nights. I was searching for a group close to my home and found it, rather, it found me.
