Alabama State University representatives will spread the University’s story of transformation as they travel to seven cities across Alabama and Georgia for the third annual President’s Tour, April 14 - 20.

The University has released details for each stop along the “It’s a Great Time Tour,” which will enable ASU President William H. Harris and the campus road team to meet students, parents, business executives and alumni throughout the state to build enrollment and donor and corporate support.

“This tour will give us the opportunity to tell our story to people across Alabama and help us continue to boost enrollment while recruiting some of the state’s best and brightest students,” Harris said.

The tour will take Harris and a team of administrators, recruitment advisers and students to Atlanta, Columbus/Phenix City, Birmingham, Gadsden, Mobile, Montgomery and Selma. Visits to high schools and media outlets, as well as an alumni reception, are planned for each city.

“Alabama’s higher education market is very competitive,” Harris said. “I want students, parents and supporters to understand that ASU has something very unique to offer.”
