Often people save their hard-earned money for years just to go on the vacation of a lifetime. But, they find when they finally “get away from it all,” that time is filled with even more stress. They have looked forward to that time off for so long, but the vacation cannot match their imagination. It just didn’t turn out like they wanted. The great thing is that you can use your imagination to create that place of peace and tranquility anywhere at anytime. It doesn’t cost you one penny. You can use your mind, instead of allowing your mind to use you, which only creates stress.
