The School of Undergraduate Studies at the University of Texas at Austin is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Director of Career Interviewing and Recruiting. This position reports to the Dean of Undergraduate Studies and will work closely with the UT campus and with employer and alumni communities, coordinating career and recruiting services across the campus.

The Director will provide strategic and operational management oversight to the University Career Interview and Recruiting Center (UCIRC, afterwards “the Center”), ensuring that the mission, vision and objectives of the Center are met through Center programs and services for students, alumni and employers. The Director will manage all Center staff, manage the Center budget and represent the Center and the School of Undergraduate Studies across the UT campus and to employer and alumni communities.
