Sr. Loss Control Consultant (#1202698) Provide loss control technical consultation and evaluation to underwriting for the selection of new and renewal commercial, multi-line business. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and identifies injury and/or accidental trends to assist underwriters and insured management in making business decisions. Consistently presents clients with the business benefits of loss control & risk management measures. Customer Care Specialist for Claims (#1202452) Help The Hartford deliver on our promise of exceptional service every day. As the subject matter expert, you'll provide our customers with the highest quality service and assist them with reporting their claims for their auto, property or workers' compensation loss. Contact Center Workforce Planning Analyst (#1202782) The Workforce Planning Analyst will develop forecasts for incoming contact center workload and staffing on a daily/weekly/interval level basis. The Analyst will develop forecasting models that link to the long term capacity plan and effectively distribute workload and staffing by using appropriate proportions/index factors by day, week and interval.
