Academic affiliations for VASNHCS are the University of Nevada School of Medicine and the East Bay Surgical Program at the University of California, San Francisco. Approximately 45 medical, surgical, psychiatry, geriatrics and palliative medicine residents and fellows rotate annually through VASNHCS. DUTIES:

The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System is seeking a board certified non-invasive cardiologist to perform cardiology services to include diagnostic treatment and education of VA patients with cardiology disorders. The incumbent performs a full range of cardiology services and consultation for both inpatients and outpatients. The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System is an affiliated teaching center with Residents from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and the University of California at San Francisco.

EDUCATION DEBT REDUCTION PROGRAM (EDRP): Applicant selected for this position will be eligible to apply for the Education Debt Reduction Program. Applicants must meet established criteria to receive this award. Award amount is subject to availability of funding.

Salary: To be determined by a Physician Pay Panel, consisting of your peers, based on your education and experience
