Now Hiring: Head Women’s Basketball Coach

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on June 18, 2012 Eastern Illinois University, a NCAA Division I member institution and member of the Ohio Valley Conference, is seeking applications for Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The Head Women’s Basketball Coach will be responsible for the direction and oversight of a NCAA Division I Basketball program at Eastern Illinois University and the coaching functions related to the sport of Women’s Basketball. These functions include, but are not limited to the following: coaching, recruiting, practice, game day preparation, alumni communication, fundraising and management of staff. Provide effective management of games and practices. Supervise staff and establish a strong working relationship with the University and surrounding community. Follow NCAA, Ohio Valley Conference and university rules and regulations. Develop the athletes physically, mentally and emotionally for Division I competition. Organize and manage camps and clinics.
