Posted By: Stephen Watts on October 23, 2005 I'M BOUT TO CLOSE A DEAL FOR 94 CUTLASS. ONLY 81K MILES. AT FIRST THE OWNER WANTED 1000$ BUT DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT THE CAR NEEDING ROTORS AND NEW BRAKES. SHE KNOCKED IT DOWN TO 800$. IT SHOULD BE OFFICIAL IN 2WKS. JUST IN TIME FOR ME TO HAVE SOMETHING WAITING FOR ME AFTER I TAKE MY DRIVERS TEST. THE HOLDUP IS THAT SHE IS PARTIALLY DEAF BUT SHE LIVE AROUND THE CORNER AND I HAVEN'T MET HER YET. I LEFT MY E-MAIL AND NAME WITH HER DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBOR, SO WE'RE COMMUNICATING ONLY THROUGH E-MAIL. I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE WHEN I MENTIONED A TEST DRIVE, SO EVEN THOUGH I SAY A CAR IS ON THE WAY, IT'S STILL VERY MUCH A WORK IN PROGRESS. I hope that everything works out for u and u get ur car. Getting ur license and having ur own car is the best feeling in the world. U won't have to depend on anyone for a ride. Whenever you're ready to go somewhere, u can just grab ur keys and leave.

I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT. NOT ONLY THAT, WHEN YOU USE YOUR PARENTS RIDE, THEY GET SCARY. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR OWN, THEY'LL STILL BE SCARY BUT THEY CAN'T PUT IT ON LOCK DOWN LIKE THEY CAN THEIR VEHICLE.
