Posted By: How May I Help You NC on July 05, 2012 Job Title: Clinical Director - Employee Health Services Location: Newark, DE General Description: Christiana Care Health System is currently seeking a Clinical Director for our Employee Health Services department. In this role you will serve as the collaborating physician for Employee Health spending 40% – 70% of time on clinical responsibilities. Clinical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient visits, conducting Department of Transportation physical exams, reviewing work injury cases, providing clinical guidance, and collaborating with the Third Party Administrator to support the Workers’ Compensation process. Works with the Director of Employee Health to maximize quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. Requirements: MD or DO degree; board certified in primary care field; board certified in occupational medical Minimum of two (2) years of experience in occupational medicine. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
