Posted By: How May I Help You NC on July 18, 2012 FEATURED Content The Director of Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for leading strategy and reaching diversity and inclusion goals and objectives with our Franchisees, Community, People, Media, and Supplier practices which provide a competitive business advantage. Primary Objectives Engages minority franchisees to identify and facilitate development needs and build sustainable partnerships. Partners with Franchise Recruiting function to develop networks and sourcing avenues. Evaluates franchisee on-boarding and training programs. Leads and organizes Franchise Minority organizations and events. In partnership with the Talent Management function, develops and implements diversity attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies and tactics. Provides leadership for internal diversity development and awareness programs. Develops diversity and inclusion metrics. Provides leadership in community involvement initiatives. Help enhance minority consumer marketing plan. Drives an effective and comprehensive supplier diversity strategy, including measuring data management systems Media. Minimum Requirements Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred 7-10 years of senior level management experience in a corporate setting Diversity background a plus Successful operations experience strongly desired; collaborating with Franchise owners preferred Demonstrates ability to influence and drive results cross-functionally Proven success as a leader of change Strong writing, oral and presentation skills communication Credibility, integrity, commitment to fairness Proven ability to interact effectively with and to influence employees and stakeholders at all levels Has established networks and affiliations with external diversity organizations Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving City: Louisville State: KY Function: Human Resources Brand: KFC Employment Type: Full Time Relocation assistance will be provided: Yes To apply please email your resume to Tammy Johnson at tammy.johnson@yum.com and reference the job title in the subject line.
