Posted By: How May I Help You NC on August 27, 2012 Elizabethtown College is seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the Director of Human Resources role. The incumbent will have primary responsibilities for training, with an emphasis on diversity training, and recruitment, including ensuring an inclusive environment. The Director will also be responsible for performance management, employee relations, workers’ compensation, and safety and health, including appropriate compliance oversight. The Director will work with managers to ensure effective employee performance and to optimize human resources initiatives for ongoing success at the College.
