In preparation for the most comprehensive and ambitious fundraising campaign in its history, Pace is strategically expanding its Development & Alumni Relations department. An integral part of the team focused on increasing, diversifying, and sustaining philanthropic support for the University is the Director of Development, Lubin School of Business. The DOD will work closely with Dean Neil S. Braun to gain an understanding of Lubin’s funding priorities and key programs and, in turn, craft and lead the execution of a strategic fundraising plan for the School. As the chief development officer for Lubin, the DOD will: have the primary responsibility for the design and successful implementation of innovative fundraising initiatives; identify and maintain a select portfolio of top gift prospects, including alumni, parents, and friends; report to the AVP for Development & Alumni Relations; and manage the major gift officer.
