This individual will develop and implement workplace practices and programs that promote employee engagement, positive workplace morale, and productivity. A practical and proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and resolving employee relations issues is critical, as is the ability to provide guidance and solutions for our business leaders to address performance-related areas for growth. The HR Generalist will serve as an advocate for employees while working to increase employees’ commitment to the organization and their ability to achieve goals and deliver results. We seek an insightful, flexible, and analytical business partner with at least three years of experience in employee relations, workforce analysis, performance management, employment law, or a related human resource practice area. Strong candidates will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and specific training in Industrial or Organizational Labor Relations, Psychology, Organizational Design and Development, or another related field.
