UPMC is dedicated to developing top notch talent through its Summer Associates Program, Financial Management Rotation (FMR) program, and Information Services Division (ISDR) program. We are looking for the leaders of tomorrow, so continue reading to find a program that best fits you! Summer Associates Program: An 11-week, paid summer internship where students gain real work experience, have extensive networking opportunities, and can serve as leaders on program committees. Financial Management Rotation (FMR) program: The Financial Management Rotation (FMR) program is a two year leadership development program. During this time, you are a full-time employee of UPMC (with full-time salary and full-time benefits!). Throughout the two years, you will experience four six-month rotations that span across all divisions at UPMC: Corporate Services, Hospital Services, Insurance Services, International and Commercial Services, and Physician Services. During the program, there is high-level exposure to all of our executives, including UPMC's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Robert DeMichiei. Information Services Division Rotation (ISDR) program: The ISD Rotation (ISDR) program is a two year leadership development program. During this time, you are a full-time employee of UPMC (with full-time salary and full-time benefits!). Throughout the two years, you will experience four six-month rotations. These rotations span across all divisions at UPMC: Business Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, and Enterprise Infrastructure. During the program, there is high-level exposure to all of our executives, including UPMC's Chief Operating Officer, Tom Perrine.
