Milton Hershey School Hot Job: Vice President, Communications

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on October 01, 2012 Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a Vice President of Communications (VP) to provide communications expertise to the School. The VP will serve as a spokesperson for the School and is responsible for developing and implementing an effective communications strategy for both external and internal audiences. The position oversees all media and public relations efforts, utilizing traditional communications vehicles and newly developing mediums (particularly social media); and provides leadership for a Communications Department of approximately 10 staff members. Reporting to the President of Milton Hershey School, the VP of Communications will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and participate in Board meetings. This VP is also a key member of the Crisis Response team and partners with the other Hershey entities, including The Hershey Company, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, The Hershey Trust and the Penn State University Milton S.
