Posted By: How May I Help You NC on November 07, 2012 The Grant and Documentation Associate is responsible for preparing grant applications, tracking status of grant requests and triaging queries, coordinating review of documentation by supporters and accredited providers, and preparing reports in direct support of the Virology business. This position will also provide support to other specialty areas as required. Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: „X Collate and complete appropriate letters of request, supporter grant request templates, budgets forms and related documentation requirements for online and other formal grant submissions. „X Liaise and coordinate review of all grant related documents by the appropriate third party accredited providers and partners. „X Maintain oversight of the status of proposals in the development process. Coordinate prioritization of timelines with the GM or Sr. Account Manager for proposals in development. Prepare a weekly report on proposal development status and distribute to the team. „X Facilitate all appropriate paperwork (including third party signatures), and documentation to expedite successful completion and execution of Letters of Agreement. „X Assist the program manager in preparing reports specific to each supporter. „X Record, maintain, and provide weekly updates on the data and opportunities tracked in the NetSuite CRM. „X Manage the Virology (and other new specialties) proposal online workshop including weekly maintenance and archiving of old working documents in the CCO work flow system. „X Manage all Virology (and other new specialties) grant requests ¡V schedule, prioritize, and coordinate reviews of Grant Request Application Forms (GRAF) with GM and other appropriate persons on all submissions in advance; insure that the specific criteria for submissions (# of characters, specific requirements) are identified prior to GRAF submission. „X Be the Virology (and other new specialties) in-house expert on all commercial supporter online grant submission systems (application and budget template) and unique supporter requirements. „X Meet with GM each week to review grant requests submitted, proposal tracker, and status of LOAs „X Serve as primary respondent on all supporter queries submitted to CCO grants office for Virology grant requests „X Provide updates to team when grant status changes occur and maintain LOA log as well as update NetSuite within 2 business hours and no later than 24 hours of receipt of communications „X Prepare grant booking forms for approval and store in electronic file for easy access „X Prepare reports from data in CRM for senior management upon request „X Preparing grant and,proposal submission tabs for Provider reporting „X Prepare Supporter status reports as needed for program management Click this link to view and apply for this job!
