Posted By: How May I Help You NC on November 15, 2012 To financially secure patient accounts prior to their scheduled services in order to prevent the accrual of denials and bad debt. Assists in maintaining the proper payer sponsorship of both inpatient and outpatient accounts in order to secure revenue integrity for the Organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Reconcile payer specific data and requirements with organizational records. 2.Inputs data to patient and billing systems in a timely, accurately, and efficient manner. 3.Maintains accurate and easily retrievable paper, computer, and imaged files 4. Provides general knowledge of basic clerical functions through the operation of department specific and basic office equipment in conjunction with supervisor and other staff Click this link to view and apply for this job!
