• Develop digital participant/customer experience strategies on mRP and the Retail websites designed to encourage engagement and action among active and terminated participants


• Develop new web content and new communications programs to participants/customers to encourage in-plan behaviors and cross-sell into Retail


• Leads In-person experience development strategies to drive in-plan and Retail asset consolidation

• MBA preferred


• Seven to nine years related marketing experience preferred


• In depth Financial Services Industry experience preferred


• Marketing Industry experience preferred


• Experience leading cross-functional project teams preferred

• College degree and four years of related work experience, or a minimum of 8 years related work experience


• College degree (BA) required


• Experience with Project Effectiveness Tools including Investigation, Cost/Benefit Analysis, etc.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


• Performs well under time-sensitive deadlines


• Possesses strong organizational and project management skills


• Demonstrated persuasive techniques and negotiation skills


• Five or more years of Project Management experience leading initiatives of varying size and scope


• Possesses proficient understanding of the creative development and production process


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Independent worker who is results driven


• Strong analytical approach to problem solving
