Talladega Student Athletes Named GCAC/KIAC All-Conference

Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on December 07, 2012 The Gulf Coast and Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced the All-Conference team for the 2012 season on Thursday. Jose Luis Rodriquez, Soloman Mensah and Rafael Mattos each received all-conference nods for Talladega College. Rodriquez a sophomore forward from El Paso, TX led the team in goals with 70. Rodriquez is second in the NAIA in goals, total points, points per game and shots on goal per game. Mensah, a sophomore midfielder from Ghana was second in the team with 40 goals.
