Hand Dance for Beginners (Singles & Couples) Proclaimed the official dance of the Nation’s Capital, learn this smooth style of 6-count, Swing dancing, featuring turns, and various circular and slotted patterns. D.C. Hand Dancing is done to moderate and fast tempo Blues, Motown-style oldies and Disco music. Students change partners frequently, NO partner is required!
