Posted By: How May I Help You NC on January 24, 2013 We're looking for a difference maker! Someone organized that can take charge of a recruitment assignment and get the job done. You should have a dynamic personality and not be afraid to work with people, but still be organized and proficient utilizing a computer. We're a small company with BIG clients. Our clients are looking for diverse candidates to hire for all different types of job openings. We do online marketing to help them connect with diverse audiences that will apply for their jobs and also become more familiar with our client's recruitment brand. We are looking for you to come in and help to put some human power behind their recruitment efforts and source candidates that match the core skill sets and experience profiles our partner companies are looking for. You should be able to plan an attack and execute. Time management should come natural for you. You'll work with our CEO, receive high level instructions and be expected to take the ball and run with it knowing the end goal. You'll be able to exercise your own creativity as well. Your first assignment will be to work with one of the largest corporations in the world and one of the most recognized brands in history. You'll understand the opportunities available and execute searches in various databases to find qualified talent for this employer. You'll contact candidates, build relationships and refer them on to the client. The job does not have a micro-manager or heavy supervision, so we expect you to be professional. While this is initially an internship position, it could turn into employment with benefits for the right candidate. We offer the benefit of flex time, a casual dress environment and friendly team. Requirements: Superb organization skills - Need to keep track of candidates, clients, job openings, client deliverables. Superb Communications skills - Need to be able to communicate effectively via email, on phone, and in meetings with clients.
