The internship is a 10-12 week commitment and will provide a broad spectrum of experiences. P&G generally seeks to hire individuals that are in good standing at their university and/or field of study, this typically means people with overall GPA of 2.75 (on 4.0 scale) or above. At P&G, Internships are considered temporary employment, with a predicted ending point. No full-time employment commitments are made; however, depending on satisfactory completion of certain criteria, candidates may be considered for full-time positions upon graduation. Finance and Accounting Internship (Job #: FIN00002632) Our intern assignments are real work designed to allow you to experience, first-hand, the type of work we do within P&G. As an intern, you can make an impact on the business as well as continue to build your analytical, technical and leadership skills. You'll have an individualized work plan that will guide you throughout the summer and you'll get coaching from your immediate manager throughout your internship. We are looking for candidates in their junior year of an undergraduate or MA/MS degree program in Finance or Accounting or a First year MBA student in Finance or Taxation. Human Resources Internship (Job #: HR 00002018) Human Resources projects provide exposure to current issues facing P&G Corporate HR Departments and/or operating business groups. A unique aspect of our internship program is the managerial training experience that is part of the internship. Locations for the internship are at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, or at one of our U.S. plants, R&D technical centers or customer business center locations. Looking for students in junior year of their BA, BS, BBS, MA, MS; First year of MBA in diverse educational backgrounds (degrees in business, liberal arts or engineering). Focus in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or Training & Development preferred. Research and Development Internship (Job #: RND00002247) Each year Procter & Gamble hires student engineers into Research & Development (R&D) to work on challenging projects. These projects are intended to give you a chance to make a meaningful contribution to the business while supporting your academic training. R&D Engineers are responsible for inventing, reapplying, developing and delivering breakthrough product, process, raw material, and packaging technologies that provide delightful and winning brand experiences to consumers around the world. R&D Engineers work on cutting edge technologies with multi disciplinary and highly professional teams across the Company. In R&D Engineering, you may have the opportunity to work in any of the following technical fields: Product Development, Process Development, Packaging Development or Material Development. As an R&D Engineering intern student, you will be responsible for a key project the minute you walk in the door and experience the role of a full-time P&G R&D Engineer first hand. Candidates must be working toward the completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. Degrees focused in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or Biomedical Engineering are preferred.
