Posted By: How May I Help You NC on March 25, 2013 Position Description: The Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE) Program Manager is responsible for the administration of classes or instructional events of lifelong learning programs. This includes needs assessment, curriculum design, instructor/trainer recruitment, registration management, customer service, course/event logistics, and financial success of the course/event/program. The WDCE Program Manager also manages the day to day office operations of Workforce Development and Continuing Education including supervision of staff. It is the responsibility of the WDCE Program Manager is to determine community needs and produce and promote continuing education courses and events where, in the aggregate, gross revenues exceed expenses. Not achieving this will impact the self-supporting goals of the department. Conditions of Employment: This is a full-time, non-tenure track, administrative position reporting to the Director of WDCE. This position is dependent upon funding.
