Oversee the event scheduling and resource coordination functions for approximately 11,500 reservations of varying complexity on campus. Ensure the highest quality of services possible with available resources. Provide leadership to coordinate efforts to deliver continuous and sustainable improvement in the planning and delivery of events support. Primary campus administrator responsible for Event Management Systems (EMS) event scheduling system application. Provide supervision to full-time, temporary, and student employees.
Required experience includes: Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience in the event planning field, including staff supervision; proficiency in the use of software applications for logistical management of event scheduling and resource coordination; and strong customer service, interpersonal, team leadership, training, and problem solving skills.
