Preparing Millennials for “Next Generation Leadership”

INROADS, the nation’s largest source of professional training & salaried corporate internships for underserved students, enters its 43rd year of providing life-changing professional mentorship & career opportunities, as well as providing diversity solutions for Fortune 500 corporations.

The INROADS North Central Region, which consists of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio, “Learning Summit” is a corner stone of the INROADS Professional Development Process for high potential diverse Youth. This year, 70 select college students will convene for in-depth leadership training and skills development that will provide them with a competitive edge over their peers (>60% of INROADS interns receive a full-time job offer from their sponsoring company upon college graduation).
