We offer the following Leadership Development Programs for college graduates: Actuarial Claims Complex Claims Enterprise Risk Finance Human Resources Investment Management MBA Internships Operations Technology Underwriting Personal Lines PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: As a part of these opportunities, candidates will build functional expertise, while developing leadership competencies. In your rotations, you will: Have the opportunity to customize your path based on the business need and developmental plan. Have opportunities to engage one-on-one with senior leaders and advise on pertinent business projects. Work under the guidance of the Program Manager as well as the direct supervision of assignment managers. Build in-depth knowledge of one or more product lines, through functional skill-building and rotational assignments. Participate in a training and development curriculum covering insurance business fundamentals and leadership/professional skills. Engage in networking and mentoring activities with leaders across the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree Preferred minimum GPA of 3.0 – 3.2 depending on the program Must have a record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and a solid work ethic Ability to analyze complex problems and to make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Graduated from accredited university by May 2014 for full time opportunities. A demonstrated record of leadership in collegiate activities WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?
