You provide the expert training that makes our workforce solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. • Entry level position for functional Human Capital Management (HCM) • Implementation Consultant with an established development plan to build proficiency in core Implementation skill set that can be used across ADP's Implementation organization. • Receives hands-on training through mentor-guided implementation of HR/PR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Health & Welfare/Benefits, Time & Labor Management, and Business Process Outsourcing solutions, including client facing responsibilities for configuring applications based on leading practices. • Works with internal teams and partners on basic application configuration, documentation, and solution testing. • Maintains project status and is responsible for completing work assigned within budgeted timeframe and effort. • Delivers assigned project work according to ADP Implementation Methodology, quality standards, budget, and project timeline. • Manages client expectations regarding deliverables including providing best practices and guidance, processing change controls, managing scope and clearly explaining roles and responsibilities. • Receives direct supervision and guidance while working on lifecycle of implementation projects.
