Speed to execution, agility & flexibility and leadership to carryout the company’s Strategic Plan are critical elements for success. Headquartered in Northern Rhode Island, the company has a full time open position reporting directly to the President. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the company’s overall financial health, reporting and oversight, Business Support including Information Technology and the company’s newly formed Talent Management Team (Human Resources). Company Revenue is $10 - $15M with a three year Strategic Plan targeting $25M+. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leadership: Setting Vision & Strategy and Execution Managing Effective Teams and Workgroups Managing Change Problem Solving and Decision Making Taking Risks and Innovation Increasing Capacity of the Team Effective Communications Finance: Budget Development/Analysis Cost (and Cash) Management Accounts Receivables & Payables Payroll Job Costing /Analysis (Logistics Services) and Proposal Pricing Trial Balance and Monthly Financial Statements Financial Planning and Analysis, including Financial Reporting Fixed Assets Management Information Technology: Knowledge of Business Systems and Report Generation Selection, Implementation and upgrades of all Technology (hardware, software, networks, infrastructure and peripherals) Report Generation for all business needs, not only financial or human resources Systems Security and Oversight Management of our IT Partners Talent Management: Recruiting, Selection and On-Boarding Process Talent Development, including Training and Performance Reviews Human Resource (HR) Compliance Business Insurance Plans and Health Care Coverage Analysis/Negotiation Building the Company’s culture in a multicultural environment This position is hands on with a small staff in each department. As the company continues its growth nationally (currently eleven operations) and soon internationally, experience dealing with global locations, currencies and affiliated transactions is preferred.
