Basic Qualifications & Interests: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 eight years of experience in HR compliance and/or a diversity-related role. Knowledge of EEO laws and OFCCP regulations, such as EO11246, Title VII, FLSA, USERRA, ADA. Experience with development and implementation of affirmative action compliance and diversity training programs. Experience managing OFCCP inquiries, desk audits and on-site audits. Experience developing, implementing and defending affirmative actionplans. Experience developing strategic initiatives that align with business goals and budget. Experience utilizing internal and external networking skills to build and sustain key relationships. Experience with statistical analysis, research methodology, and/or statistical analysis software, such as SPSS, SAS, etc. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. At least 5 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work. Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
